Call this a manifesto if you want

The songs should be ambitious - there should be no limitation to the instrumentation used or the sonic palette - if something feels like it serves the song, it’s in - no matter how unconventional it is.

There is no set membership - if it enhances the music for someone to be involved in a particular song and they are happy to be involved, they are welcome, but there are no expectations. We are aiming for diversity.

It won’t always work - we want to keep moving in different directions and trying different things and being comfortable that things will fail and people won’t like things. We might not even like things - that’s okay - we’re putting it out there anyway.
